If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email.. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
Dental Insurance is designed to cover some but not all of your dental treatment. It is ultimately your responsibility to cover appointment costs but we will do everything we can to make sure you get the most from your dental insurance benefits.
Office visits and treatments can be paid for by cash, check, debit or credit cards at the time of treatment. We also accept most major dental insurances. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call 503.538.8860.
For your convenience, we accept VISA, Mastercard and Care Credit.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
